  I have just telephoned REIWA with an enquiry about water bills I receive on a monthly basis from my land lord (real estate agency). It was a genuine pleasant enquiry about why I am being charged for water without seeing a rate notice. No malice intended. (I like where I live & I like my Property Manager).
  
  I spoke to Debbie, Her answer to my enquiry was agressive and rude, I quote her exact words where " well, you drink warta dontcha, you bathe dontcha.So you gotta pay for the warta".
  Excuse my ignorance, but where I have lived previously we have bore water so I was only asking, as I was not aware of a pay as you use system and I was only asking nicely.
  Oh, and by the way last time I looked "You" was said as You, not cha. & Water was said as water not warta.
  Really,... can we not do a little better than this.
